We recently had locksmith service from your company. We were so pleased with the quality and promptness of the service that we have recommended you company to the head of our facilities department at the YWCA.
We called your 24 hour locksmith service because we had an immediate need to get into a locked file drawer. I tough we would need to hire a non-emergency locksmith company for our other needs. However, because of your locksmith’s helpful advice, prompt service, excellent reliability and his appreciation for what we do here at the YWCA, we ended up hiring your company for the entire job. This job involved making and installing locking bars on several file cabinets. The locksmith’s research about whether we could get new locks and/or locking bars made for our particular cabinets, done on his own time after he left our office the first visit time, resulted in good advice about our least-cost alternatives. Our office manager was pleasantly surprised when he called back with the results of his research on exactly the day he had promised. We asked him to make locking bars and he came promptly to measure the cabinets. He ordered the bars and came back to install them on January 27, 2010, even sooner than we thought he would return; this timing was very helpful since we had an un expectedly urgent need to lock the cabinets. Not only was your locksmith a pleasure to have working our office (courteous, informative about locks, clean, quiet, etc.) but we were very pleased that he gave us a substantial discount on the final bill because we are non-profit.
